Drafting contracts and negotiations

We draft contracts and conduct negotiations on transnational contracts such as industrial contracts, distribution contracts and contracts on sales of goods on behalf of our clients.

We also draft and negotiate employment contracts (independent or salaried) governed by Belgian or French law.

Company law

We draft associations’, companies’ and groupings’ by-laws (ASBL, AISBL, Loi 1901, SARL/SPRL, SA, EEIG…). Wherever necessary we coordinate our work with notaries. For those of our clients who need outsourcing services, we ensure the functioning of their legal entities as follows :
