De volta ao pa\u00eds de acolhimento, pediram o reembolso de medicamentos comprados em massa na Alemanha mediante receita de um m\u00e9dico estabelecido nesse pa\u00eds. Colocou-se a quest\u00e3o de saber se as autoridades luxemburguesas estavam autorizadas a recusar-lhes este reembolso com o fundamento de que estes produtos tamb\u00e9m se encontravam dispon\u00edveis no Luxemburgo, embora fossem mais baratos na Alemanha do que no Luxemburgo.
