The <strong data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"393\">EFSA<\/strong> concluded that <strong data-start=\"409\" data-end=\"426\">DP51291 maize<\/strong> is <strong data-start=\"430\" data-end=\"467\">as safe as conventional varieties<\/strong>, poses <strong data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"531\">no risk to human or animal health or the environment<\/strong>, and does not raise any <strong data-start=\"556\" data-end=\"580\">nutritional concerns<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"908\"><strong data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"602\">DP51291 maize<\/strong> expresses the <strong data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"629\">ipd072Aa<\/strong> (<strong data-start=\"631\" data-end=\"666\">protection against root weevils<\/strong>), <strong data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"679\">mo-pat<\/strong> (<strong data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"726\">tolerance to glufosinate-based herbicides<\/strong>) and <strong data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"739\">pmi<\/strong> (<strong data-start=\"741\" data-end=\"761\" data-is-only-node=\"\">selection marker<\/strong>) genes. The <strong data-start=\"774\" data-end=\"796\">products concerned<\/strong> must bear the words <strong data-start=\"817\" data-end=\"842\">\u201cnot for cultivation\u201d<\/strong> when they are not intended for <strong data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"905\">human or animal consumption<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"1309\">The <strong data-start=\"914\" data-end=\"938\">authorisation holder<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"967\">Corteva Agriscience LLC<\/strong>, represented in the EU by <strong data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1030\">Corteva Agriscience Belgium B.V.<\/strong>, must implement an <strong data-start=\"1050\" data-end=\"1083\">environmental monitoring plan<\/strong> and submit <strong data-start=\"1095\" data-end=\"1113\">annual reports<\/strong>.
